In this participatory workshop you will learn strategies for not just surviving, but flourishing in times of change. Whether you are dealing with a personal or organizational change, this interactive session will hep you navigate the dynamics of change and what you can do to manage the transitions.
You will become more savvy in understanding:
- Why you are reacting the way you are
- How to get the information you and your group need to anticipate the impact of change
- How to let go of what was, and to embrace what will be
- How to be proactive in the process of change
- How to survive and thrive through the transition
The workshop will utilize and provide:
- Research on the dynamics of change and transitions
